Sullivan Healthcare Consulting, LLC (SHC), has specialized in perioperative, sterile processing, and healthcare IT consulting — as well as implementation and interim management in those areas — in hospitals of all sizes and types across North America for nearly 40 years. Originally established in 1975, SHC has operated continuously since that time as various corporate entities, including from 1995 to 2003 under the umbrella of Johnson & Johnson Consulting and Services.
