Implementation and Interim Management

Throughout an SHC consulting engagement, consultants conduct interviews with medical staff, specific department management and staff, and members of administration to define their needs and issues. The interviews provide each stakeholder with an opportunity to voice objections and concerns. SHC consultants use a bartering approach to address each group’s objections and obtain agreement regarding changes that must be made to achieve the desired procedural and financial improvements. By acknowledging each group’s concerns and demonstrating the benefits the proposed changes will bring, consultants gain the trust and buy-in of each stakeholder group, which is necessary for successful implementation of SHC recommendations.

SHC offers a full range of perioperative and healthcare IT consulting services. For more information on implementation assistance, interim management, or related topics, call us or complete and submit the form found at the Contact Us link in the navigation pane.
