Sullivan Healthcare Consulting, Inc. (SHC) specializes in operating room consulting in hospitals throughout North America. SHC seeks individuals with strong comparative analysis skills and excellent communication and problem-solving skills to join its group of experts as a full-time Data Analyst. The successful candidate will provide analytical support to clients, consultants, and internal staff, and will assist in the development of new data models and reports. A four-year degree in business, accounting, industrial engineering, or related fields is a requirement. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Advanced Excel and Access skills are a requirement. Candidates with surgery department and/or hospital experience will have a significant advantage. This is considered an entry-level position.

We are looking for a team player who has the ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines. This position is office-based and may require occasional travel within the U.S and Canada. Possession of a valid U.S. or Canadian passport is essential and will be required within 90 days of employment.

Sullivan Healthcare Consulting, Inc. (SHC) seeks independent contractors with hospital sterile processing department (SPD) management experience to work as SPD interim managers on a contract basis (assignments range from 3 months to 3 years). Job responsibilities include managing client SPDs; implementing project team recommendations; developing quality and performance measurement tools; performing short- and long-term planning; developing budgets (staffing, equipment, materials); and performing cost/benefit analyses. At least three years of SPD management experience is required. Certification in Central Services is required. Bachelor's degree in hospital, business, or public administration strongly preferred, but will consider an equivalent combination of education/experience. RN license with OR and SPD experience desirable. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Candidate must be able to lead and motivate while managing change. Must live near major metropolitan airport and be able to travel to and from client site on weekly basis. Current U.S. or Canadian passport (or current application for passport) required. Long-term assignments may require relocation.

(SHC) seeks independent contractors with surgery supply chain experience to work on project teams as consultants and/or full-time on-site interim managers on a contract basis (assignments range 3 months to 3 years). The ideal candidate would have extensive knowledge and expertise regarding the surgery supply chain as well as experience working as an OR materials manager or sterile processing department (SPD) manager/coordinator. Five years of OR-related experience and consulting experience is required, knowledge of hospital-wide purchasing and supply chain management is preferred. Bachelor's degree in nursing, business, or related field required. Master's degree in nursing, business, or related field strongly preferred. Excellent oral/written communication skills and leadership/motivational skills required. Must live near major metropolitan airport and be able to travel to and from client site on weekly basis if necessary. Current U.S. or Canadian passport (or current application for passport) required.
