SHC Consultant to Present at 2008 Association of PeriOperative Registered Nurses (AORN) Education Conference

Anne Roy, consultant for SHC, will present at the 2008 AORN Education Conference in October.  Ms. Roy will speak about the anatomy of a lawsuit in the health care industry, focusing on strategies for avoiding lawsuits by minimizing risk and liability in the OR.  She will also discuss informed consent, highlighting the important aspects of the informed consent process and explaining how to effectively incorporate informed consent requirements into your hospital’s policies and procedures.
