Sonjalee Emery-Robinson, Senior Vice President of SHC, will present “OR Consultants:  Can They Help Facilitate Change?”  on March 11, 2012 at the American Association of Clinical Directors 2012 Perioperative Leadership Summit.   This session will demonstrate how to create an RFP, select an experienced consulting firm, and identify consultants who will work with hospital stakeholders to implement effective change.
